Crystal Cruises has unveiled a new range of Chinese dishes on board its Crystal Serenity liner. Offered as a casual dinner option in the ship’s Tastes café, the menu of traditional Chinese comfort food includes steamed dumplings, noodles, soups, fried rice and vegetables. Under the direction of Malaysian chef Jennifer Pei Vun Lee, the programme will debut on Crystal Serenity’s 2012 World Cruise this month.
The ship also offers a more high-end Asian dining experience at its Nobu restaurant.
